Important note

This package does not include an Emergency Management Plan template.
The Ministry of Education provides an approved Emergency Management Plan template free of charge, and we encourage services to use that official version.

This package does not include a detailed supervision plan as these plans need to be specific to the particular home where care is being provided.

This package does not include general Human Resource Management (HRM) processes and templates. MoE is not prescriptive on documentation required for HRM. If needed we have a separate package available for HRM.
