ECE Internal Evaluation / Self Review Package

This package provides facilitation for your team to work through  a strategic or planned self-review that meets Licensing Criterion GMA5. In addition, kaiako can align their Professional Growth Cycle (GMA6) with the focus of the internal evaluation ensuring their own work aligns with centre priorities.

This package strengthens centre-wide reflective practice, elevates service quality, and embeds teachers’ professional development into your internal evaluation.

What’s Included:

  • Initial Planning Meeting (1:1)
    Meet with the Centre Manager or Owner to define the internal evaluation focus and create a tailored review plan.

  • 5 x Facilitated Team Sessions
    Five facilitated meetings (1 hour each) where staff collaboratively identify good practice, evaluate where the service and their own teaching practice is currently. Then staff work collaboratively to  identify and make improvements.

Pricing 

  •  Each session $300 GST exc (Up to 10 staff)

  •  Initial Consult and tailoring $195 gst exc

  • Total Package $1,695 gst exc

Professional Growth Network - For Centre Owners and Managers

Join one of our Professional Growth Networks and learn alongside other professionals who share the same challenges.  Meet Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand Professional Leader Requirements.

What’s Included:

  • Membership in PGN
    You will be joined up with a group of 5 – 7 peers who meet and collaborate regular seeking feedback and sharing ideas.  

  • 3 face to face meetings per year
    3 facilitated face to face meetings will be held a year and meeting notes distributed for your records.  It is expected you will attend these meetings and  host one of these meetings at your centre. 

  • Chat Group
    You will be added to your PGN chat group on What’s App providing a platform to seek for support and guidance at anytime.

  • Endorsement
    Once you have participated collaboratively in the PGN meetings another member of the group will be able to provide your annual endorsement and also be your endorser when you renew  your practicing certificate with the Teacher’s Council.

Pricing 

  • Annual Membership: $345.00 incl. GST

Not included: Observations of teaching practice and oversight of evidence collected. It is expected that Professional Leaders will collate naturally occurring evidence within their own setting.
