This 1-hour online support session with Leisa will help you make a clear, confident start on sorting out your policies and procedures.
If you’ve been meaning to review your policies and procedures but haven’t had the time to sit down and work through them properly, this session gives you a focused space to get it done — with support.
This is a practical, hands-on working session. You won’t just get advice — we’ll work through your policies together in real time.
One you have purchased this product I will be in touch to organise a time for this session.
What we’ll do in the session:
- Identify what is actually required under the updated licensing criteria.
- Identify which of these mandatory policies you currently have.
- Save mandatory policies into new folder (Renumber if necessary).
- Note any mandatory policies you don’t have.
- Begin going through your remaining policies and procedures and deciding whether or not they are still needed.
- Answer any questions you have along the way (Note: Any questions I cannot answer off the top of my head will be parked and I will respond to them after the session).
What you’ll need to bring:
To get the most out of this session, please come prepared with:
- All current policies and procedures (digital or printed)
- A separate empty folder (digital or physical)
- Access to online Teams meetings
