PGC Portfolio Template for Storypark

A practical Storypark portfolio structure designed to work alongside the ECE Insights Professional Growth Cycle Package.

This template provides a clear structure for setting up a Professional Growth Cycle (PGC) portfolio in Storypark, giving kaiako one place to record and store their professional growth evidence throughout the year.

The portfolio structure aligns with the ECE Insights Professional Growth Cycle Package, providing spaces for kaiako to record and upload their inquiry work, professional learning, reflections, observations, evidence and other PGC documentation.

Designed to complement the ECE Insights PGC Package

This Storypark template has been specifically designed to work alongside the ECE Insights Professional Growth Cycle resources and annual PGC process.

It provides the digital portfolio structure where kaiako can save the work and evidence they complete as they progress through the ECE Insights PGC Annual Plan.

Please note: This product does not include the ECE Insights Professional Growth Cycle Package or PGC templates and tools. These are available separately.

What you receive

You will receive a PDF showing the recommended Storypark PGC portfolio template structure, including the sections and headings to create in Storypark.

You can use this as a guide to recreate the template within your own Storypark account and then make it available for your kaiako to use for their individual PGC portfolios.

Important – Storypark setup required

This product is supplied as a PDF. It is not an importable Storypark template.

Storypark does not currently allow planning templates to be exported from one independent Storypark service and imported directly into another.

Your service will therefore need to set up the template within your own Storypark account using the PDF provided as your guide.

Once created in your service’s Storypark account, the template can be used to create individual PGC portfolios for your kaiako.
