PGC Portfolio Template + Storypark Set Up Service

Let us set up your ECE Insights PGC Portfolio directly in your Storypark account, ready for your kaiako to use.

This service is for early learning services using Storypark that would like the ECE Insights Professional Growth Cycle Portfolio Template set up for them.

Rather than recreating the template yourself, ECE Insights will set it up directly within your service’s Storypark account, giving your kaiako a clear, structured place to document and store their Professional Growth Cycle work and evidence throughout the year.

Designed to work with the ECE Insights PGC Package

The Storypark PGC Portfolio has been specifically designed to work alongside the ECE Insights Professional Growth Cycle Package and Annual PGC Plan.

The portfolio provides spaces for kaiako to record and store their PGC activities and evidence, including:

• inquiry, research and professional learning
• mentor meetings and professional discussions
• reflections
• observations
• evidence of changes to practice
• links to planning, learning stories and other documentation
• evidence relating to the Teaching Standards
• annual Teaching Standards assessment and PGC sign-off

This creates one central place in Storypark for kaiako to build their PGC portfolio as they work through the ECE Insights PGC process.

What you are purchasing

This is a setup service – it is not a downloadable product.

When you purchase this service, ECE Insights will set up the PGC Portfolio Template directly within your Storypark account.

Once the template has been created, your service can use it to create individual PGC portfolios for your kaiako.

What happens after you purchase?

After purchasing, you will need to contact ECE Insights to arrange your setup.

We will organise a suitable time and talk you through how to provide the Storypark access required for us to create the template within your account.

You will need to temporarily provide ECE Insights with the appropriate level of access to your Storypark service so that we can complete the setup.

Once the template has been created and checked, you can remove this access.

This service provides setup of the Storypark PGC Portfolio Template only.

It is designed to be used alongside the ECE Insights Professional Growth Cycle Package, which contains the supporting PGC Annual Plan, templates, reflection tools, observation documentation and Teaching Standards assessment resources.

The ECE Insights Professional Growth Cycle Package is not included with this setup service and must be purchased separately.
